Corporate Membership


We have a handful of Corporate Memberships available right now! Reach out to Membership to guarantee your spot this summer!

An individual may become a Corporate Member of the Corporation provided that he owns a home in the Fox Mill Estates Subdivision, Monterey Estates or The Courts of Fox Mill in Fairfax County, VA and provided the total membership limit has not been met. A map of the Corporate Membership Boundary can be found here.

Corporate Membership cost for the 2024 Season when sold by the Club is $1,200 + a non refundable 20% transfer fee of $240. Please note, the transfer fee will be paid by the purchaser. No transfer fee will be charged to the selling corporate member.

Corporate Memberships may also be available on the open market in a private sale. Please note, a fee equivalent to 20% of the current sale price will also be added to all private sales to be paid by the buyer. The current transfer fee for the 2024 season is $240.

** As we get prepare for the 2024 Season, some of our current members may decide to switch things up or let go of their memberships. So, additional Corporate Membership are available.

Associate Membership

Associate Memberships are usually made available for purchase in early May, following the assessment of availability and identification of the current number of inactive corporate members.

If you are interested in purchasing an Associates Membership for the 2024 Season please join the waitlist below and you will receive communication when Associate memberships are made available.

There are 2 Categories of Associate Memberships:

Category I – An individual may become a Category I Associate Member of the Corporation who owns or leases a home in Fox Mill school boundaries provided that the total Corporate memberships have all been sold and provided that an Associate Membership becomes available for sale.

Category II ‑ An individual may become a Category II Associate Member of the Corporation provided that he does not own or lease a home in Fox Mill Estates, and provided that an Associate Membership becomes available for sale.

Associate Membership cost for the 2024 Season is $660.00.

Per the bylaws:

Section 4 – Rights of Corporate Members

  • The right of said Corporate Member and family members, permanently residing together, to use the Corporation’s recreation facilities, subject to such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or its duly authorized committees; which said rights shall remain in full force and effect as long as the said member fulfills all obligations under these Bylaws or the rules and regulations adopted hereto.
  • The right to one vote per Corporate Membership owned, either in person or by proxy to another Corporate Member designated in writing, on all matters specified herein or presented to the members at any duly called regular or special meeting; and
  • The right to hold office in the Corporation.

Section 5 – Rights of Associate Members

An Associate Member and family members permanently residing together shall have all membership privileges as those of a Corporate Member except that an Associate Member:

  • May not be an Officer or Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation;
  • May not have voting privileges within the Corporation;
  • May not actively participate in the management of the Corporation; and
  • Must apply annually for membership renewal.
